Coaching:

Confidential one-on-one consultation to facilitate individual growth, tackle important decisions, enhance professional development, and manage separation, divorce or workplace conflicts

In 2008, Janine was certified by the Coaches Training Institute as a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach.

Coaching is a confidential one-on-one process designed to create a safe and courageous space for you to grow and/or to address challenges or decision points in your life. I will be dedicated to your needs without bringing my own agenda (the agenda always comes from you, the client).

After a two hour ‘discovery’ session (where you discover things about yourself and learn some basic coaching approaches, and I discover your goals for coaching), coaching sessions are conducted over the phone in 30 or 45 minute sessions. As a result, client and coach do not need to be in the same city.

The co-active coaching philosophy is that the coaching addresses the whole person, so any aspect of your life could be part of the process.

Organizations sometimes fund coaching for executives or staff who are new to a position and could use external support as they grow into it, or who have great potential that is not fully realized because of some obstacle at, or outside of work or within themselves.

Since coaching is based on a personal relationship between client and coach, it is important that both parties feel comfortable with the ‘fit’. To ensure this, I offer a free initial consultation which could include a brief sample coaching session. Clients can take their time to make a decision.

Check out the pages on Life Coaching, Conflict Coaching and Separation Coaching for more information on ways in which coaching could assist you.
